I just has ST31000528AS crashed and submitted for replacement, I went to best buy today and purchase another seagate to replace the broken one. The box read ST310005N1A1AS-RK S/N [Edited: Removed personal information per the community rules and regulations.] AND PN:9BX1A8-573, very expensive of course I came home open it. There sit a new devil ST31000528AS inside. How can seagate play me like that. I you disguising your product. I just lost over 700gb data on one ST31000528AS and you just decieve me to buy the same thing again even more expensive. I hope I meet the bust buy guy who convinced me to buy a different box but a same shameful product twice.
