Hi,
Anyone with a Blackarmor 110 in combination with a Philips TV (in my case 7605) with DLNA function?
After a long time I discovered that the Blackarmor causes the Philips TV to crash. Whenever using the DLNA, NetTV (Philips' internet television) or simply when watching digital television the TV blanks, resets and displays a message about a channel update ('zenderupdate' in Dutch).
Tried disabling all Blackarmor services and setting the device to static IP (my TV as well). But no effect. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this problem? Or is it the 110 and Philips TV simply don't go along on a single network?
Thnx

Hi.
I have the same problem with a Black Armor 220 and a PFL7606 Philips TV. With Black Armor attached to network, the TV crashes after a short time. Without the NAS it works fine. Who causes the problem? Is it Philips who is responsible for this or is it the Seagate Black Armor. With my Sony TV there are no problems using the Black Armor 220.

Hi!
Have similar problems in combination with BlackArmor 110 and Philips 46PFL9705H/12. TV do quick reboot in unpredictable intervals while watching movie from NAS over DLNA, while watching movie through DLNA, where PC with TVersity is streaming media from NAS or local storage. TV reboots also while watching movie from USB storage directly connected to TV or even while watching Free to Air digital TV.
These symptoms are present in all connectivity methods for TV - wired or wireless. After NAS shutdown there is no such problems.
Is there any solution, as Philips TV was working without any problems before I installed Blackarmor on my network, even with streaming media playback?

Before was WRT54GL running DD-WRT, but this router died in 3 weeks, after BlackArmor NAS 110 was installed, no TV crashes discovered with this router, now TL-WR1043ND running latest DD-WRT (DD-WRT v24-sp2 (06/14/11) std (SVN revision 17201))

Thought I'd give it a try with a new firmware out for both the 110 (.1221) and the 7605H TV (.40). After updating I set both devices to static IP. I disabled the NAS media service
Unfortunately the problem's still there albeit in a less frequent manner (at least that's how I experience it now... perhaps it wasn't as bad then as I thought it was ;-))
Anyway: the most recent updates don't fix the problem...

Hello,
I have the same problem with a BA NAS 110 and a Philips 47PFL7696K (identical with 47PFL7606K) TV. If the NAS is connected to the network the TV resets and restarts from time to time. It is possible to look photos or to hear mp3 from the NAS but only some minutes. Then the TV crashes again.
Additionally I have a Philips home cinema system HTS7201 connected with the TV. It has an own network connection and this works well. If I disconnect the TV from the network I can hear mp3 or look photos from the NAS via the HTS7201 without problems.
Is there a solution? Or only waiting for the next firmware update?
