Access Shares with Samsung 46C7700 LED TV or PS3 or Sony BluRay Sound System

Ik have these three items and A NAS 110. When I try to access the folders Download or any other there are only 3 maps showing: Video, Music, Photo. All teh other folders are not shown. They are all set to share and Mediaplayer Option is turned on in the NAS 110.

When I use my Eminent mediaplayer then the folders are Accessible and I can watch my movies.

How can I make my PS3 or my TV access the folders that contains my movies??

The media files have to reside in the predetermined folders in order for them to be accessible. Please take a look at page 25 of the user guide for additional information:

Re: Access Shares with Samsung 46C7700 LED TV or PS3 or Sony BluRay Sound System

I have already done that and put some MP3 files in the Our Music folder and an MKV-file in the Our Videos folder.

I have enabled everything in the Share amd Mediaplayer is enabled, but still I can't see any folder or file.

Is there anything else I can do?

What firmware version does your NAS have installed? It should be 1000.1221:

Re: Access Shares with Samsung 46C7700 LED TV or PS3 or Sony BluRay Sound System

Oke, that's all. I will remove the harddisk from the NAS and put it in my mediaplayer and use my mediaplayer as a NAS.

Still no help from Seagate so the Blackarmor will be destroyed.

I tried to watch a 3D full HD Blu Ray ISO movie from the NAS on my Iconbit XDS1003D but it's all in slow-motion. It's a 1Gb network. When I use my PC as a NAS then everything works smoothly.

Is there anything I must look after before I remove the harddisk?

No more Blackarmor NAS for me.
