Hello,
the download of the firmware from web doesn't work to me. See the attached picture. Is there anybody with the same problem ?
Is it possible please to pass me the latest firmware for NAS 220 by other way ?

Did you purge your browser's cache? Have you tried a different browser? Did you try downloading the firmware update from a different computer?

Do you have javascript disabled? I think it might be using javascript for the pop up window. It should look like the attached image in chrome and FF. After accepting policy etc it should give you the link to download the image

Unfortunately exactly as I had feared, DLNA media server still unusable. I would have thought, that after so long since the last stable update, and so many complaints about the poor functionality of the media server (you only need to google), this would have been one major point to address. Such a shame, could be such a good product.
DLNA server shuts down on its own in regular intervals ranging from 5 to 15 minutes. The only way to reset it is to log into the WEB interface as admin, uncheck the box of the media server, click submit, recheck the box and re-submit. The server then operates ok for the next 5 to 15 minutes or so, after which the media server crashes again. This is not a DLNA problem on the client side as I have tried this now with 3 different devices, both over WIFI and cable:
Pioneer X-SMC5 Hifi
Samsung galaxy s running Bubble PNP
IMAC running XBMC
For goodness sake Seagate will you please either get your DLNA server running properly, or stop marketing your products as being DLNA compatible. I am extremely disappointed.
