BA 440 Disk "Not Installed"

Hello, I have a BA 440 and just put 4 2TB Seagate Baracuda HD in it.  After booting the Disk Manager reports disk 1 and disk 2 are "not installed".  I have swapped out the disk with different disk and rebooted.  Same report.

 

I also updated the firmware from 4000.1211 to 4000.1311

 

Any ideas on what's going on?

Were you ever given the option to recover the volume when you accessed your admin page? Please check our step-by-step guidelines if you are using a RAID5:
