Hello guys

I’ve configured a NAS 220 . Windows Share protocol works fine as I setup permissions but the FTP protocol doesn’t  works . I’ve created a folder and grand a user and a group to full access to that folder but every time I tried open it with Windows browser with name or IP it shows error that I attached .

I've configured NTP and join it to active directory successfully .

 FTP Service is enabled with anonymous access but SFTP is disabled .

You may also want to look into getting a client, because a client can give you logs of what issues that you may be having. If we had a log, we may be able to give you some suggestions.
