BA220 shuts down immediately when UPS kick in

I have 2 identical BA220 units running on seperate Back-UPS CS 500 units. One unit works perfectly when UPS kicks in and only shuts down after the timeout (set to 180).

 

The other one with the same config shuts down immediately when the UPS kicks in. Email notifications are received successfully.

 

I have changed the time out to 30 and 60 secs to test but no change.

 

Firmware is 2000.1231     

 

Any ideas?
