Good morning Seagate staff.
Considering that is almost 1 month that Lion for MAC has been released and we did not receive any news, can you please be so kind to give some update regarding the release of a new firmware / update?!?!?!?!?!
It's just amazing that still you are not able to give to all the Mac user a solution. All your competitor already find a solution.
If you are not able to understand how to solve the problem, just tell us to sell our NAS, and buy another brand. Maybe is the faster and easier solution!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm really looking forward to receive a reply from some one of the staff.
Best regards
Pietro Parisi

What solution are you looking for? My BA 110 works just fine in OS X Lion, just like Snow Leopard. No change.

HI Agagolf
Well, with snow leopard everything was working, but now with Lion, nothing is working.
The software BlackArmor Discovery is not working as well.
I can see that the Nas is in the network, but I don't have any access to it.
Seagate knows the problem and seems that they are "working" on a solution.
Sorry, but how is possible that your one is working. I have been reading a lot of forum and everyone have the same problem.
Honestly you are the first person that has no problem.

I don't know why mine is working. I just got a new Mac Mini w/Lion, and my BA showed up in the Finder,
and I was able to connect, after setting "Connect as..." and all my shares show up.
It seems that some users want to use the BA as a Time Machine, auto backups or something, but all I want is to have my shares available.

ok guys,
updated the firmware for my NAS 110 today - it says "release notes: fix for mac os lion time machine compatibility". update process itself worked out perfect - BUT: time machine still does NOT work!?
what is the problem with fixing this? lion was released more than 2 months ago and i heard many times that this problem is already fixed for many other NAS harddrives :-/

Could you provide me with details about the issues you're encountering?
