I have just bought a Samsung LE46C755 (v 3007) LCD TV with DLNA. From before I have a BlackArmor 220 NAS (v 2000.1091 ) witch is a month old. I figured this would be a super solution for us using DLNA to watch video and images.
But I have not got it working at all. All the files report "not supported file format". H264 in MKV, H264 in MP4, DivX in Avi, JPG, MP3. All files that work fine when plugged directly into the TV with USB.
It seems that the BlackArmor doesnt provide a correct file for the TV. I can however access the files from my Mac without problem.
Is it the BlackArmor, the Samsung TV or both that is a problem? Is there any solution for this?

I have the same problem, it's seems to be a problem from the TV who needs to use is own program ‘SAMSUNG PC Share Manager’ to run.

gdwarf, I disagree with Josh about the PC share manager being needed as I stream directly from Windows Media Player to my samsung TV just fine, but like you - I added the Seagate NAS and now I get the exact same message "file type not supported" I think the issue is with seagate not with the samsung DLNA

The SAMSUNG PC Share Manager program bug sometimes when you apply modifications on DB.
But there is no new release.
