I've a new BlackArmor 440 with FW: 4000.1211I'm unable to create a new volume because Add Icon is missing !
Attached my screenshot..
Seagate answer me so: "At this time neither e-mail or chat support is offered for Black Armor 440/420 units" ![]()
Someone have found same problem ?

We are informin out Italian authority that Seagate are selling products in Italy without any kind of support !
Only an international telephone number with some registered women voice that speak very fast ! (and very similar to erotic chat line..![]()
Sconsiglio a tutti gli italiani di comprare questi NAS, se avete problemi non avete nessuna assistenza !

I've tried to reset to factory default using FactoryDefault.exe but the same all my disk are unassigned and under Volumes menu there's no icon ADD
I'll throw this NAS in ceased ! ![]()

I've solved and i post here how also that SEAGATE does'nt merit it !
On Disk manager Menu my HD was all with status Good and i've used "Safely remove disk"
Than i've used claim disk for all
For one reason this stupid firmware does not recognize well my Seagate disks...
Now this NAS work fine ! and without any help from Seagate !!
