I am living in South Korea and I really like Seagate's product.
So, I bought a Nas220 and PS110 usb3.0 version.
But, I can't use these products as I'd wanted. Because, I don't use 'Blackarmor Backup'.
When I start up Blackarmor Backup, it is always shuts off with the message "BlackArmor Backup has stopped working".
Of course, I asked to Seagate's Asia supporting office, however, they also could not solve this problem.
They just said "You have to use English Version Windows", so, I changed Windows korean Version to English Version. But, Blackarmor Backup still shuts off now, when it start up...
I am using desktop on Window 7 32bit English Version.
Please help me!!

I'm having the same problem and contacting support currently, very frustrating, just bought the NAS 220 three days ago. I will let you know if I resolve the problem. I'm also running Windows 7 64, I also like Seagate but I bought it so I can use the back up features. Hope I don't have to return this box??
