Please check it out, see if it helps you. It can definitely help to narrow down the cause for any problem your BA NAS might be experiencing.

I do not know what the protocol to ask for advice is, but I have our (my family's) life stored in a Nas 110 and it has gone crazy on me. It is attached to the modem and connected to power. It behaves continuously like this: left (seen from the front) light is blue, right blue light turns on; rachity rack; two orange lights turn on. Cycle repeats on and on. Have I lost all my valuables?

How does it work with live NAS troubelshooter?
I recently purchased a new linksys WRT160Nv2 router. After it's installed, I can no longer access the storage drive BlackArmor NAS 1D. At the screen of Linksys EasyLink Advisor (this is the software coming with new router), it shows an IP address assigned to BlackArmor device. However, I cannot get the page via this IP on the browser. It seems to me that the router detects and assigns the IP to BlackArmor device. Somehow there is issue to access the device.
May I get your advice on it?

Have you tried a pinhole reset with your BlackArmor NAS? This will reset the drive's network settings and will be a good starting point.
Find a paper clip or something similar, then locate the pinhole on the bottom of the drive (NAS110) or on the back (all other NAS drives) and press for at least 30 seconds.
Let me know if you need further assistance.

We have two Seagate BlackArmor NAS 440, While i am trying to configure with workgroup or domain, its accessing speed and transfer rate is very slow (75KB/S). when i am trying to open web console of nas its taking more time to open the page(15min per page.
Is it need to command level configurations.?
