Hi all,
Recently acquired a BlackArmour NAS 220. I've installed the software, but it fails on startup. I've uninstalled and re-installed it several times, but I'm still getting this message. Has anyone experienced this? I'm on Windows 7 Home Edition x64 if that helps.
Any help is greatly appreciated as at the moment, the NAS is an expensive doorstop!

I would try downloading and installing the software from our site if you haven't already tried this, since we have the most recent version of it available there:
