Hi,
only the admin user can login into the wiki.
All other users get the message: Wrong user or password.
Admin can't change user Settings in wiki for the different users. Message: User can not be found. Maybe he's deleted or has been changed anywhere else.
Only to the admin account i can add a grpou in wiki.
Does someone know how to fix this?
Greetings,
Jens

Does someone know how i can edit permissions to users in the wiki?
Maybe someone from Seagate(e. g. Developer of Firmware)?
I tried it in different ways to setup:
1st. with Active Dirextory
2nd. with workgroup
I even created the wiki folder in different ways but i still can't set any permissions to useres in wiki.
Why is this feature installed if it does not work?
Greetz,
Jens

When creating the share for the wiki the first time the only option is to choose which volume to create it on.
Other than that there are no permissions to set for it that I can see.
The Manager page Help file states.
The wiki server is a local Web site on the BlackArmor server that is available to BlackArmor users, and is used for information sharing and collaboration. Once enabled, all BlackArmor users have access to this site.
When you enable the wiki Server you are provided an agreement to accept that states, "The Wiki Server Application is made available to you without warranty or technical support of any kind."

Hi,
thanks for your answer.
The Wiki Server Application is made available to you without warranty or technical support of any kind.
It is Ok for me to accept the mentioned agreement, but why is such a feature on this Nas when it does not work well?
And why can i change or add a group to the admin account and not to any other other user?
That is something i do not understand. So it would have been nice to edit permission not only for one account.
And it seems that it is possible to grant acces do the different namespaces. But that makes no sence if it is not possible to add groups to different users. An Groups are not importet from the BlackArmor users.
Is it possible that there is a fix in an future firmware to this?
First i was suprised that there was a wiki feature but then
If the wiki feature was not offered, my impression of the NAS would have been better.
Kind regards,
Jens
