BlackArmor NAS Network Storage Server

When I start BlackArmor Backup, I get an error with a popup saying end of file was encountered.  Nothing I do closes the popup, it just comes back.  I can't cancel.  Retry doesn't work.

How to I clear this message and restart with a clean slate?

What's the exact wording of the error message? Which operating system is installed on your computer? Have you tried accessing your BlackArmor NAS from any other computers? Is the message generated by the NAS software?

Message: Failed to backup file or folder {insert a file name}

Press Ignore or retry and it loops.  Press cancel and it quits.

Message: end of file was encountered

Press ignore, retry or cancel and it loops.

I also got a space full email and after deleting files in the backup volume, the next backup did not show any errors.

The backup after that one stared in with the Failed to backup file or folder {insert a file name} error
