Is there a way to reach my network drive through the internet?

I have a Nas 110 directly plugged into my router. Is it,  by plugging into the web address bar, a number or code to connect to my drive ?

I'd like to connect remotely when I'm not home

Thanks

You need to activate "Global Access" within the NAS. You can reference:

Re: Is there a way to reach my network drive through the internet?

I set the global up and here's what I get-

Either there's a poor Internet connection or your Seagate storage device is turned off. Attempting to view backed up folders might fail

Then if I try to select a folder it won't connect. Could it be a router thing? It won't allow the connection?

I've seen other posts that this gloabl access doesn't work.

Any thoughts?

Thanks
