Mapped Drives Not Found

Hello,

I map drives from my NAS and they work great. When I come back to them the next day and try to access the folder via the mapped drive, i get an error saying not found. I then disconnect the mapped drive and remap and it works. Then I'll come back to it a day later and get the same error.

Is there any way to map the drive and make it stick so it always works?

THanks for your help

Re: Mapped Drives Not Found

How did you map the drive, with the Discovery software or manually? If you mapped it manually through Windows Explorer, make sure you checked the option "Reconnect at logon".

Re: Mapped Drives Not Found

Try mapping the share by following the information in this knowledge base article:

http://knowledge.seagate.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/218075en/?q=manually+map&language=en_US&c=Products%3...

Let me know how that works out.
