Mapping drives on NAS 440

I can may the public folders OK, but when I attempt to map my private share, I have to logon; when I logon with my credentials I receive the following error:

"Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed"

What does this mean and how do I get past this; from another computer it works fine

Thanks

Re: Mapping drives on NAS 440

Try disconnecting all shares on that computer by locating them in Windows Explorer. Then right-click each share and select "disconnect".

Now connect to the private share and see if it allows access.

Let me know how that works out.
