Hey guys,
So I wrote down my login and password but I seemed to have lost the paper I wrote it on. There is nothing currently on the drive itself and don't mind reformatting if that is an option.
Is there anything I can do?

Hello,
I assume that you are referring to NAS's Manager page login.
The reset button is on the bottom of the 110. This will reset the Manager Page login in back to
admin and admin.
Once the server has rebooted and is ready the Manager page login should be back to default.
admin and admin.

Hello,
You can use the Discovery Software to mount and or map a letter to your share folder.
Another way is on your PC go to Start and Run and type in \\nas ip address and <enter>.
This will bring up the root of the NAS. If it prompts for a password put in your user name and password.
You can right click the Public folder or your private folder, and choose Map Network Drive or just double click the folder and start copying and pasting.

Hello,
Discovery software is available for MAC OS.
One way to get to a share on the NAS with MAC is to click Go at the top and choose Connect to Server.
For the Server Address type in cifs://nas ip address
Click + sign
Click Connect
If you choose Connect as Guest then click OK and you can open the Public share.
If you choose Connect as Registered User put in the Name and Password for your Private share. Click ok.
Open the Private share.
To see a mounted share icon on the MAC Desktop go Finder, top left and click Preferences. Check mark Connected Servers. Now there will be an icon on your MAC desktop that you can open and start copying and pasting etc.
Important Information: There has been an ongoing issue with Snow Leopard and its 10.6.3 update. It kept everyone from writing to their shares on any Linux box or Linux based NAS. I understand the 10.6.4 was just released. If you are running 10.6.3 update quickly to 10.6.4 so you can write to your NAS shares.
