NAS 110 not recognized

NAS 110 doesn't show in my network list. Installed newest Discovery and Windows 7 drivers, configured the workgroup and drives's IP. Drive's directories are listed with "\\\NAS110", yet the drive isn't recognized in the network.. Any help very much appreciated since I can't use True Image Backup as long this problem isn't resolved, Thna, C.

Hi Chris, I also use True Image backup with my 110, but I have a backup share on it with full unrestircted access. I also cannot see the drive by going to windows network - but if I type the fully qualified name into TIB's destination e.g. \\192.168.0.210\Backup\backupname.tib it works ok.

Have you tried this?
