Hi,

I have tried multiple drivers to get my HP LaserJet 1020 printer connected to the back of my NAS 220 to work. The driver installs fine but there is nothing coming out of the printer and no error message. I have tried the Vista drivers on the HP support site. The printer works fine directly connected to my computers.

Problem solved. The new firmware (2000.0551) did the thing, it also speeded up the reponse time from the server.

The same problem with Windows 7 and NAS 220 and Canon LBP2900. All seems fine, drivers instaled, Printer Manager shows :

Printer Manager

Model State   Canon_LBP2900 printing

But nothing hapens. Firmware is 2000.0551

I have the same problem, got firmware 2000.1231 and Windows7 64-bit.

If I login to the Black Armor 220 the printer is in the list by printer manager, but there is no way to access it or to print with it.

How is this possible?

The printer is a HP color laserjet 1600.
