Can't setup backup on NAS SmartArmor 110 NAS-to-USB (see screenshot)
START button not active...
Please, help!

i have seen something like this before. What web browser are you using? Are you even accessing the device through a web interface? Maybe try another browser, IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome????

Hello,
From your screen shot the "test" folder is in the field next to ADD, it appears you need to click the Add button. The "test" folder should then show in the drop down field next to the Delete button. The Start button should then be available.
