Hello,
Can we have some information on the new firmware 1301, please?
Thank you

Looks like Seagate have been incompetent again.
It seems that 2000.1301 is no longer available - it has reverted back to 2000.1231
Don't they just fill you with confidence ???
How will they treat the poor people who have already installed 2000.1301 ??

As I knew the link for NAS 110 I found the link that could be the one for NAS 220 but (again !) as I have a NAS 110 I cannot at all certify this link or this firmware.

I'd like to know why the heck mine brand new unit (2 weeks old) says even the 1231 img isn't avalible in the admin interface?
Where is a list of changes for either firmware posted?

yeah as another new owner of a 110, I was irritated about this, apparently Seagate never turned on the automatic update function. and if you go to the firmware website it tells you there is a newer version but there is no link to download it.
by googling I found this "RSS" server site which seems to have the 'current' updated firmwares, however the pages that the links from the device/software takes you to have nothing but a changelog info page and no links to the actual software:
crud page that has no actual links to where to find the files: http://knowledge.seagate.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/21
Place for actual downloads: http://rss.seagate.com/www/en-us/support/downloads
That said, from what I see here apparently Seagate has been releasing new FW then thinking better of it and retracting it but it still floats out there on "hidden" pages.

Using Google I got to the Firmware pages for the 1231 and 1301 firmware and managed to download both, but I go to the actual download page from the product page of the 220 all it offers is the software on the disk and a recovery app to default a NAS to factory.
I don't want to apply either till I know what the changes/bugfixes are.
