Windows could not open " tib" Files on my remote laptop, I'm using Global Access, I'm the administrator and only user at the same time of my BA NAS110. Thanks for any help.

It's not possible to restore .tib files via Global Access. In order for you to open the image files and restore the data you'll need to be on site.
