BlackArmor NAS Network Storage Server

Recently Purchased a Black Armor NAS 220. Once I attached my USB drive to everytime I log into the NAS I get the following error via E-Mail: USB device unsafely removed on port 2.

My USB drive is on port 1. Does anyone else have this issue.. There has never been anything plugged into port 2

Hello,

I have never heard of that.  Just curious, plug the USB drive in port two and see if it works and if you get the same email.  

Update the NAS firmware if needed.

Ok we will try the other port.. We are on 2000.631.
