BlackArmor NAS Network Storage Server

When I go to AutoUpdate in the Black Armor console I get the message: "Update is available.

The available new firmware version for update is 4000.0261". When I click on Install Now nothing happens except a message appears in red saying "Firmware is not found."

I have to do a manual update but I cannot locate the firmware to manually update it. Support pages keep recommending pages where it is not located like:

Called tech support. We are working through it. You have to call tech support when this happens.
