It was on discount and cheaper than it is now, so I thought I should buy it before the price rises, and it did rise. I hooked the 3TB ST33000651AS to my external HD casing and it doesn't appear on "My Computer" and I am stumped on what to do. I went to manage, and there are all these options I don't know about, so I found this website and hope you guys can fix this problem. There is a Disk 1 unknown 746.52 GB drive, which I think is my 3TB seagate barracuda. The Discwizard just has a pop up saying "preparing for downloading" for forever, what is going on? How do I get my 3TB?

I can't find a download for my enclosure, so I am stuck buying a new one?
This is my enclosure:
I did some research and found this guy with no problems with his Hitachi 3TB:
I guess it should be a Seagate hard drive issue and not the enclosures issue? If so, this will be such a dissappointment, knowing that I could have gotten Hitachi 3TB with no issues. This is also my first Seagate drive. By the way, I am using a 32-bit system.

I restarted my hard drive and made sure it was GPT and it still has 746 GB...
I also see this pop-up in discwizard.

I already have it as GPT drive. I haven't tried seagate drivecleanser yet, should I clean my HDD even though I deleted all my files in my HDD already? Or do I have to format it again? I have already formatted it and did eveyrthing I did while it was not formatted, nothing changed.

Try downloading DiscWizard again, this time from here:
Once that's installed, reboot your PC and try the formatting again.
Try formatting it with the Add New Disc function in DiscWizard.
