I've had a Seagate drive that died and gives CRC errors, not to mention a weird clicking when it works. Recently I had ANOTHER Seagate drive die and give CRC errors, no clikcing though.
My question is, if I RMA them will I get new ones, or refurbished ones? Honestly I'm not sure if I want to even use Seagate drives anymore, I've lost A LOT of important data due to these two failures. I don't want to get a refurbished drive and store important data on them.

How would I go about doing that? I've read the instructions but I don't have the required ESD/"2 inch rubber foam", I don't even have the SeaShells or even a box..
and no I'm not order from the site they recommend, im not going to pay shipping on a $2 item.
