Hi, I have an issue to format a brand new Seagate 3TB HDD on an external USB dock station.
Since I am using a Win XP 32 laptop I am conscious about the limitations, however when using DiscWizard, I am not able to create any partition, not even 2TB and not even 500 GB...
I am using a Astone USB SATA docking station (USB2/USB3).
After completion of the successful partition creation process, DiscWizard request a reboot. After reboot, the partition is not seen by the system.
Any ideas?
I have created a post on the Astone forums, with numerous screenshots. It is visible here:

I have no idea why I can't succeed.
Any assistance would be much appreciated.

I still haven't found a solution.
At the moment I can only see 2TB from a Windows 7 64 bit platform.
It is impossible to see anything from Windows XP 32 bit, even when using DiscWizard.
I really need support from Seagate. How can I contact them?
Thanks
