Discwizard error

I'm trying to clone my old hard drive and i get an error after it locks the c: drive and does a few other checks here is the error:

Error: Partition Configuration has Changed, press any key to restart the computer

500 GB ST3500641AS-RK hard drive

Check the original drive for spyware and for a possible virus.
