Selling a PC

I am selling an Acer PC that didn't come with any Install CD or recovery partition. I want to save a copy of the Windows partition onto a DVD (compressed) and supply the bootable Disk Wizard CD along with it to the buyer. Is this OK?

I'm not a lawyer, but since DiscWizard is a free download, I don't see why not.
