Where do I post questions about the BlackArmour Software

I've replaced the hard drive on my laptop and trying to restore my documents but running into an error. I'm able to select the file and authenticate but then the get an useless runtime error while processing once all of the 3GB memory is maxed out. Where should I post questions about the BlackArmour software?

What type of drive did you backup to?

 

If you backed it up to a BlackArmor NAS device...then...you should post  here:

If it's another device, please let me know which device it is and I'll direct you to the right forum. 

To all users: If your data is stored ONLY on an external hard drive, then it is NOT a backup. A BACKUP is having the data stored in TWO or MORE locations. If it is only in ONE location, you don't have a backup at all. If the data is important to you, then have it stored in multiple locations to prevent data loss.
