Backing Up A FAT32 Partition

[ Edited ]
Hi, I recently got a FreeAgent Desktop 750 gb drive. As I have a Mac runs both OS X (10.4.11) and Windows XP, I partitioned my FreeAgent drive in OS X's Disk Utility into several HFS+ partitions and a FAT32 partition, to back up my OS X and Windows installs respectively. I've now gone into Windows and installed both Drive Manager and DiskWizard. Drive Manager starts fine and sees my Windows partition correctly but refuses to create a backup, saying that Backup is not available and that I should make sure I have an NTFS partition. Getting that error message I moved on to DiskWizard, which I understand I need to use anyway if I'm to create a bootable clone of my Windows drive. However, DiskWizard refuses to start after installation, giving me the following message: "Seagate DiscWizard has detected unsupported hard disc drives. Seagate DiscWizard does not support Windows Dynamic Discs, EZ-Drives, etc." This is obviously quite frustating.

So, my question is, how do I backup my Windows partition to the FAT32 partition on my FreeAgent Desktop, ideally as a bootable clone? Thanks!

PS To Seagate web admins, this forum software is horrible!
