Broken "Prong" on Power Supply

I purchased a 500 GB Seagate Desktop Drive model ST305004EXA101-RK for Christmas.  One of the prongs has broken off the plug.  How do I get a replacement.  The plug seems to be a separate "plate" with the prongs, can they send me a new one?

Re: Broken "Prong" on Power Supply

I haven't seen the adapter plate, but could it be replaced by an international adapter such as this one (for Australian use):
