I recently purchased the Free Agent Go Flex Desk external hard drive because my computer was running very slowly, and I was getting warning messages telling me that I'd filled my hard drive. Since installing the external hard drive, I haven't seen any improvement. For example, the Internet has to pause every few seconds, which is extremely annoying and makes watching movies online impossible. I have an iMac, if that makes any difference. Can anyone help me?
