External Hard drive 500GB not working due to USB plug damage.

Hi,

 

I've a seagate external hard drive (freeagent 500GB). The problem is the USB cable plug present inside the case of the drive has damaged and moved inside due to which I'm unable to plug in the USB cable into the hard drive. Can anyone assist me with the service center in India (Nagpur, Maharashtra to be precise) so that I can get it repaired?
