ok well i'll list everything i did with my external since i've only had it for an hour! lol
ok well first thing is i installed it and my laptop recognized it , installed the software it came with and off i went. First thing i did was drag a video from my c drive to my external and than connected it to my xbox360 only to find 360 does not support ntfs format so i partioned my external to fat32 using swissknife software. After i did that i started saving more stuff to my external than disconnected and when i connected it back into my laptop my laptop was not recognizing it under mycomputer. However it does show up in my device manager, but in the seagate manager program it is not showing up either. I've rebooted my laptop and am not getting anything can someone please tell me what i should do?
