I was just browsing the internet with my external plugged in as always when the light on the face suddenly turned off. I took this to mean that it went to sleep mode but later when I wanted to look at the contents of my drive, I couldn't connect to it. I have tried all of the troubleshooting procedures and restarted my laptop. I tried plugging my drive into other outlets and still the light does not even turn on.
Please help, I've only had it a week and a half.
