FreeAgent Desktop don't have orange light, and can't detect.

Hi,

 

FreeAgent Desktop don't have orange light, and can't detect in my desktop/laptop.

 

I am unable to contact Seagate at Singapore, the phone system reach no one.

 

My harddisk is still in warranty, what can I do?
