I really need help getting my FreeAgent Desktop external hard drive to work again. I plug it into my computer and nothing happens at all. I've tried using multiple USB cables on mulitple PCs. I assume the hard drive is receiving power since the orange strip up front is illuminated when it's plugged in. Does anyone know any more ways i can troubleshoot and solve this issue? I desperately need these files, my life is saved in this thing!
I promise to start backing up my files if I can just get access to them again.
