I've had this hard drive for about a year. It runs a backup of my personal files every evening. And it has always confirmed that the backup was completed successfully. I reformatted my computer and wanted to restore the content from the backup drive to the computer. When I looked at the files on the backup drive it was a hodgepodge of current files, missing files and files that were updated on my computer, but not updated on the backup. How can I fix this? This drive is no good to me if it does not completely backup all my personal files.
