I just bought the 320 and generally thnigs are working well.. Had one strange thnig...Windows fully recognized the Drive but Free Agent Tools said the drive was disconnected (it wasn't). Any ideas?

Brian D. was the best experience I have had in 10 years of desk top sharing. Was the most efficient troubleshooting that I have personally experienced in all of my computing experiences. We resolved a major technical error that the OX Xp system couldn't support on my system. He resolved it by running the Free agent tool software in windows 2000 compatibility. System ran perfectly after we modified the properties of the IEI execution file. So happy with this Seagate device. Thank you Brian for all of the tremendous support. Every person I know I am going to advise should have a Seagate Free Agent Pro Storage device for Mass storage and Data back up. Thanks for the opportunity to thank you for the service.
