Hello all,
Both my computer and my external hard drive crashed and I lost my freeagent pro tools. I have requested them from tech support, to no avail........does anyone have any other suggestions? I am lost without my back up tools and would REALLY like to be able to tell the light on my external hard drive to turn off, not to mention all the other stuff like checking the condition of the drive and stuff........
ANY help would be appreciated

Somehow all the software on the external is corrupted. Nothing on the drive can be read no matter what I do, no matter what computer I use to try to read it. I am very frustrated. I was told to just re-format the drive and start over. I can do that, because luckily I do have copies of most the files I had on the drive (EXCEPT for the tools I need for the drive itself). Any suggestions? Thanks, and sorry if I make no sense.
