After my hard drive to connect to the computer is not seen in explorer
Usb device viewer program will display this information: "Attached"
No program does not detect the hard drive.
Scan Disk can not even scan my hard drive

Unfortunately, these methods did not act.
Hard Drive Disk Managment only in part be identified. but without a label
The act does not even check disk. Because no volume label drive.
These tools can be used for recovery is hard:

Seagate Manager, Seagate Disk Wizard, Sea tools for windows.

Ok, things to do, if it's failing on the front ports use the rear ones.

Download a freebie called Hotswap and run that, scan for HW changes after you hear the FA connect, right click top option.

Reload MB chipset driver's.

If no joy after that call back.

Where it says disk 3, right click and select make partition active, might help to give it a drive letter as well.
