I can't see some folders on my freeagent drive, and can't delete others

There is a recycle bin taking up way too much space on my freeagent 1000GB. First off, I can't even see the recycle bin from a PC, and when I see it from my mac, I can't delete any of the files in the bin. Also, I have a video folder on the drive that I can't see from my mac, only from my pc.

This additional information will help me with tracking down the issue:

 

What's the drive's part or model number? What software was used to move the files to the external drive? Which operating systems are you using? Were the videos created on a PC and moved from there to the drive?
