Mi English es too bad, then I explain in Spanish.
I can't change the drive C:\ (in my partitions) when I installed de FreeAgente, then all backup are in the first partition C:\, please help me
Regards,
Raul

I have Windows XP SP 2
Three months ago the program was working correctly, I format my first partition and I installed the windows again, then the free agent not work correctly.
I uninstall the program many times, and I erased all the files with the name seagate, and I install the program and the problem is the same.
Thank very much, I hoope you understand me because my English is not good

Bogart I don't need to change my drivers in the control pannel, because all drivers are right, the problem is in the FreeAgent.
