Need Help Finding the Model #

I bought a FreeAgent Pro a number of years ago and it is no longer being recognized by my desktop.  It gets power as the yellow light is on...although it does blink ever so slightly.  I don't have the original materials and there is no model # on the bottom of the device.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
