Hi Ashish,
I am facing a similar problem with my hard disk. I have been instructed the follow the same procedure. As of now I have raised a return query with the website and am planning to submit the hard disk at the same address.
Please let me know the current status of your hard disk. I would like to proceed further based on your advise.

Hi All
I am having similar issues with return of SATA HDD harddisk to Accel ...
status of courier order says it is delivered but in the seagate website it says 'NO" for received by seagate. Does any one have contact numbers to call Accel
