I tried to plug in my hard drive and there is no power to the hard drive. I am really needing to access these files asap. Any ideas on what I need to do to fix this? The only thing that seems out of place is that I can hear a small rattling in the plug-in box. This model had a fixed power cord...so, I can't simply replace the power cord. HELP PLEASE!
