I am a PC amateur and installed Model ST305004FDD1E1-RK to back-up daily in July 2008 and assumed it was doing so. Checking I find that it only backed-up my data at the time of installation-now I'm worried!
Tried submitting my problem as a "Case" (No.00856001) to Seagate but can't get it escalated above "self service",which appears to mean no action/nothing from Seagate.
Can anybody advise me what to do please, as Seagate do not seem interested?
